The Northern Connecticut Nightmare and the Victory Foundation mission is to provide women a platform to showcase their athletic talents through the sport of football,  as well as to promote women's athletics. 

The Victory Foundation mission also seeks to help increase awareness of the many types of cancer and to aid in the advocacy, education, and research of the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation and other such Cancer Foundations, in hopes to one day find a cure.
